RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making sure your experience is smooth and hassle-free.

General Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • Items must be uninstalled, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any return will be accepted.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

To request an RMA, email us at Teresa@LightingNearMe.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective Products

If you believe an item is defective:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Do not discard or return the product until we review and provide instructions.

  • If a return is required, we will issue an RMA and provide a prepaid return label.

  • If the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped at no cost to you.

Items returned without prior approval or an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or our fulfillment error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge before they ship. If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
